COVID-19 PROCEDURES AND RESOURCES

COVID-19: IN-PERSON CHURCH PROCEDURES

Our staff team is diligently compiling resources to help assess and monitor the current restrictions in place, both locally and state-wide. We are developing a flexible, staged process for hosting services in person again.

The spiritual, physical, and mental health of our church community is a top priority as we continue to fulfill the mission God has called us to: making disciples.

WHAT WE’RE DOING TO
HELP YOU STAY HEALTHY

PHYSICAL DISTANCING

Distancing guidelines will be in place wherever possible and include exceedingly reduced capacities in all aspects of facility usage. Ushers will assist you in finding a seat in the service to ensure proper distancing.

MASKS REQUIRED

We will require mask-wearing as a way to honor one another and reduce exposure to the virus.

TITHES & OFFERINGS

We will not be passing the offering baskets during worship. If you would like to give, please use the wooden boxes in the lobby at your convenience as you enter or exit the service.

SANITIZATION

All high-volume areas will be thoroughly sanitized. Restrooms will be available and frequently sanitized between uses. Hand-sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the building.

AIR QUALITY

The church has installed a Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization system in our HVAC through GPS Technologies in order to help purify the air. GPS is safe, it helps clear the air of particles through a high concentration of positive and negatively charged ions, and it inactivated pathogens, which reduces the infectivity of viruses.

OUTDOOR SPACE

We will utilize our front parking lot as an extension of the church space before and after services to alleviate any gathering in the lobby and foyer area.

VINEYARD KIDS

Although we cannot safely provide childcare during the services, we are excited to have kids with us in the services and will be providing inclusive, kid-friendly elements throughout our service.

ENTRANCE AND EXIT

We will only have one entrance and exit available in order to manage traffic flow. Please arrive early to allow time for parking, screening, and seating. You may enter through our main entrance under the carport. Our Welcome Team will greet you and perform a screening to ensure health and safety. After the service, you may exit through the double doors in the Vineyard Kids Link.

ELIMINATING TOUCH POINTS

We have removed paper programs and pens, replacing them with a QR code to our online connection card and program at this time. You may also give digitally on our website or via text by texting "Give" to
218-203-8116.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

We will not provide treats or coffee during the services, but you are welcome to bring your own.

LIVESTREAM

We will continue streaming our services live at 8:30AM & 10:00AM.
If you are at risk, showing symptoms of illness or unsure if this is the right time for you to come to the church building, we strongly encourage you to stay home and watch online or participate in a house church.
